Siblings Marc and Jeeryn come from blended Asian cultures. They were born in the Philippines and grew up eating foods that were Chinese-Filipino or "Chin-oy". They grew up working at their family restaurant and gained a sense of community in the food and with the patrons.
As the years went by, Marc and Jeeryn each married Vietnamese partners, who introduced them to Vietnamese food. Cooking at home became a mix, "halo-halo", of different Asian flavors that is reflected in Blend's menu.
Their mission is to bring quick, friendly, approachable foods that they love to the Stanford community, while staying true to their blended family culture.
